Rob Bodine began his legal career with Vedder, Price, Kaufman, &
Kammholz in Chicago, where he focused on patent and
trademark prosecution. Before becoming an attorney, Rob worked
for eight years as a computer consultant both in the government
and private sectors, specializing in database application development
and requirements analysis.

protection for goods and services. He also assists Dan Hull in
IP-related matters in federal courts (including appellate
