Tom Welshonce is an associate lawyer who works in the areas of corporate
taxation, corporate law and international law.
An Order of the Coif graduate of the University
of Pittsburgh School of Law, (J.D. 2004, magna cum laude), Tom was also
Lead Articles Editor of The Journal of Law and Commerce in 2003-2004. He
is a 2001 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College (BA, Psychology).
In law school, Tom assisted Professor Arthur
Hellman in completing casebooks on the First Amendment and Legal Process.
He was also awarded the CALI (Center for Computer-Assisted Legal
Instruction) Excellence for the Future Award, in Legal Process. CALI is a
consortium of law schools which develops computer-mediated legal
instruction and promotes technology in legal education.
Tom lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
