Thomas C. Welshonce Joins Hull McGuire as a Corporate
Associate
PITTSBURGH/WASHINGTON, D.C./SAN DIEGO - October 11, 2004 - Effective
November 1, Thomas C. Welshonce joins the Pittsburgh-based firm of Hull
McGuire PC as a corporate associate. Tom will assist Hull McGuire
shareholder Julie McGuire in the areas of international tax and
transactions. An Order of the Coif graduate of the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law, (J.D. 2004, magna cum laude), Tom was Lead
Articles Editor of The Journal of Law and Commerce in 2003-2004. He is a
2001 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College. He resides in Pittsburgh.
In law school, Tom assisted Professor Arthur Hellman in completing
casebooks on the First Amendment and Legal Process. He was also awarded
the CALI (Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction) Excellence for
the Future Award, in Legal Process.
