DAN HULL PARTICIPATES IN RECENT MEETINGS OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LAW CONSORTIUM IN KITZBUHEL, AUSTRIA

WASHINGTON D.C./PITTSBURGH/SAN DIEGO - March 30, 2007 - Hull McGuire PC shareholder Daniel Hull participated in the March 17-20 meetings of the International Business Law Consortium (IBLC) -- a clearinghouse of more than 85 corporate law and accounting firms in strategic cities worldwide -- in Kitzbuhel, Austria.

Mr. Hull was active in discussions on both the differences between mergers and acquisitions in Europe, South America and the United States, and international arbitration, both of which are Hull McGuire practice staples. Hull was also involved in the meeting of the IBLC's Business Development Group, a smaller offshoot of the IBLC, on which he serves as a Steering Committee member.

IBLC

The IBLC was founded in Salzburg, Austria in 1996, and is an arm of the Center for International Legal Studies, founded in Salzburg, Austria in 1976. The IBLC has law and accounting firms strategically located in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia and North and South America. Its members meet several times each year to exchange ideas and to assist each other in representing business clients around the globe. Membership to the IBLC is by invitation only.

Hull McGuire, a law firm based in Pittsburgh with offices in San Diego and Washington, D.C., is the IBLC's western Pennsylvania member. The firm has been highly active in the IBLC and the group's direction since 1998.

Global Business Development Group

The IBLC's Business Development Group was established by Hull McGuire and other more active IBLC firms in 1999. It provides a platform for "boutique" corporate law firms (between 5 and 120 lawyers) to service each others' clients in major cities around the world. "Each of the law firms in the BDG is very much like Hull McGuire: high-end corporate boutiques who work internationally," according to Hull. "Fortune 500 clients are using the IBLC's Business Development Group rather than using traditional large law firms -- with much higher overheads -- for international legal services."
