Hull McGuire Partner Speaks at InsideCounsel Magazine's 9th "SuperConference"

SAN DIEGO - May 15 - J. Daniel Hull of the Pittsburgh-based law firm Hull McGuire recently spoke at InsideCounsel magazine's 9th Annual "SuperConference," held this year at the Chicago Fairmont May 5-6. Hull, whose work includes employment practices, moderated a featured program entitled Dealing with Gen-Y @ Work.

Other sessions during the two-day meeting included Squeezing Value Out of Shrinking Legal Budgets, The Future of Fees and Foreign Markets Update, in addition to panels on states lobbying strategies, current in-house HR issues, litigation management trends, and compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

SuperConference is designed by and for in-house lawyers--but is also open to outside counsel. Speakers this year included former U.S. Attorney General Dick Thornburgh, noted trial lawyers David Boies and Fred Bartlit, Jr., Mark Chandler of Cisco Systems, and Craig Glidden of Chevron Philips. Lawyers from IBM, DuPont, 3M Company, Office Depot, Xerox, Ingram Industries, WESCO International, Whirlpool, Comcast, LG Electronics, Verizon, Microsoft, the Milwaukee Brewers, C-SPAN and TV One also participated.
