| Ed Hull is a seasoned business
attorney who guides clients, both nationally and abroad, in complex
transactions, contracts, mergers, acquisitions, real estate, commercial
lending and securities. Due to his significant and varied business
skills, he assists Dan Hull and Amy Acheson in Hull McGuire's federal
courts and international ADR practices. Following law school, Ed worked as an associate with
Porter Wright
Morris & Arthur in Columbus, Ohio. Since returning to Pittsburgh, he
has held associate, partner and of counsel positions with the firms of
Meyer, Darragh, Buckler, Bebenek & Eck; Kelson & Slomski; and
Sherrad, German and Kelly. Ed is also a founder of the boutique Pittsburgh
firm Betts, Hull & Klodowski LLC.
He is a frequent and engaging speaker and writer on issues affecting
